It is my privilege and pleasure as Chairman of the District Conference Organizing Committee, RI District 3260, to invite you, your wife and children to SAMARPAN, our district conference proposed to be organized at New Agrasen Bhavan, Raipur, December 25-26-27 this year.

At this stage I can only say that under the dynamic leadership of DG Rtn Shashi Varvandkar we are planning for you not just a conference but a total experience packed with pleasure, knowledge, inspirational talks by Rotarians and eminent Guest Speakers, and, of course, Rotary fellowship with friends, old and new. This webpage is designed to provide a glimpse of what awaits you!
